When you receive answers and feedback from your respondents you want to reward them. You can do that with Upinion rewards. You can choose a reward that fits your group.

1/ Click on ‘New Reward’ in the reward section.

Note: free account users can only use the 'Love' reward. Prize draws are available for Pro and Enterprise accounts only.

You can choose one of the four Rewards:

  • Free product: Give your respondents a free product to reward them

  • Discount: Give your respondents a discount on products or services

  • Prize draw: Allow your respondents to win prizes in a free prize draw

  • Love: Show appreciation to your respondents

In the next section we will describe the different rewards in more detail.

Free product

1/ Enter the details of the product you want to give away.

2/ Set the amount of points respondents need to reach to redeem the free product and tell how and where to get the product. For example, on a website or at a location address.

3/ Inform respondents about the reward. Tell them how you reward them for their answers and feedback. You can use the pre-filled text or enter your own.

4/ Enter the name of the owner of the reward and a contact email address. This way respondents can contact you if they have questions.

5/ (Optional) It is possible to add what data you need from your respondents for this reward. This information may be details that enables you to physically reward them. More detailed information about how to set up requesting respondent data for your reward, click here.

6/ Click "Submit" to save your reward.

Discount

1/ Enter the discount details of the product or service you want to give a discount for. 

2/ Set the amount of points respondents need to redeem the discount and tell how and where to get the product or service. For example, on a website or at a location address.

3/ Inform respondents about the reward. Tell them how you reward them for their answers and feedback. You can use the pre-filled text or enter your own.

4/ Enter the name of the owner of the reward and a contact email address. This way respondents can contact you if they have questions.

5/ (Optional) It is possible to add what data you need from your respondents for this reward. This information may be details that enables you to physically reward them. More detailed information about how to set up requesting respondent data for your reward, click here.

6/ Click "Submit" to save your reward.

Prize draw

1/ Enter the details of the prize you want to give away. Give a description and add an image to make it more clear and engaging. 

2/ Set the amount of points respondents need to join the prize draw and set a date for the draw.

3/ Inform respondents about the reward. Tell them how you reward them for their answers and feedback. You can use the pre-filled text or enter your own.

4/ Enter the name of the owner of the reward and a contact email address. This way respondents can contact you if they have questions.

5/ (Optional but recommended) It is possible to add what data you need from your respondents for this reward. This information may be details that enables you to physically reward them. More detailed information about how to set up requesting respondent data for your reward, click here.

6/ Click "Submit" to save your reward.

Love

1/ The Love reward doesn't have a product or prize associated. This reward is meant for those who don't need a physical reward or prize but still want to show appreciation for the efforts of their respondents. Start by entering your message and title to show appreciation for answers and feedback. Add an image, for example; an image of the team or the subject of the research.

2/ Inform respondents about the reward. Tell them how you reward them for their answers and feedback. You can use the pre-filled text or enter your own.

3/ Enter the name of the owner of the reward and a contact email address. This way respondents can contact you if they have questions.

4/ (Optional) It is possible to add what data you need from your respondents for this reward. This information may be details that enables you to physically reward them. More detailed information about how to set up requesting respondent data for your reward, click here.

5/ Click "Submit" to save your reward.

You just created a new reward. Now create a new group and connect it to this reward. Read "Create a group" to see how you can create a group to start a conversation with.
