The labelling option helps you organise your conversations with the labels you create. This way it is easier to filter out which conversations you want to view. This article shows how to create and manage labels, to learn how to set and filter by them click here.

Create a label

  1. Click on the Labels tab (at the top left n), and then click Manage.
  2. You can type in the name of your desired label and press enter or click done.

   3. That's it, you created your first label.
   4. Now when you click on your label you can see a tab Manage, this view allows you          to either edit your label or delete your label.

Edit a label

  1. Click on Labels tab, and then click manage.
  2. In order to edit your label, simply hover over the stencil icon. This will allow you to edit the name of your label.

Delete a label

  1. Click on Labels tab, and then click manage.
  2. In order to delete your label, simply hover over the trash icon, this will allow you to delete your label.
