Note: This feature is for paid accounts only.
When respondents join your group they will be added to your respondent list. Here you can manage them by adding labels for easier identification. Respondents can also be removed if necessary.
Label a respondent
1/ Click on the ‘Respondents’ tab in a group page.
2/ Enter a recognisable label or name for your respondent.
3/ Click "Save" to save the label.
Delete a respondent
1/ Click on the ‘Respondents’ tab in a group page.
2/ Hover over the respondent you want to delete. Click on the bin that appears.
3/ Click "Delete".
4/ Click "Yes, delete" to confirm the deletion of this respondent. Note: this can not be undone.
5/ The respondent has been deleted from your group. The respondent won't have your group in the app anymore and will stop receiving questions you send out to this group.
View respondent Data
When you created your group if you added (or added after creating) Respondent Data requirements, you can view each individual respondent's provided data here.
1/ Click on the ‘Respondents’ tab in a group page.
2/ Hover over the respondent you want to view data of. Click on the key that appears.
3/ Here you can see of all the data provided by this respondent.
