In this list, it is possible to export your conversations along with their results into csv files which can be used to create graphs and draw conclusions in externally.

The first column displays the name of your conversations. Clicking on the checkbox on the left of the conversation name allows you to select the conversation or multiple conversation that you wish to export. Once you have select all the conversation you wish, simple click the Export at the top left (which should now be active). Once clicked, you will be prompt with your export option which can be found here.

In the next column, connected groups, this shows the group connected to the related conversation.

The status column shows whether your conversation is in concept, active or archived. 

If you want to search your conversation list, simply type a keyword in the search tab (at the top right of the screen).
